Bindu Lanka is a dedicated chaplain and seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic HR management. After a successful HR career, she transitioned to chaplaincy, driven by her passion for emotional and spiritual care. Since 2022, she has served at esteemed institutions including Children's Health, Florida International University, Dharma Jagruthi and Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple in Dallas.

Completing Levels I and II of Clinical Pastoral Education (6.5 units) and earning a Masters of Divinity equivalency through BCCI, Bindu brings extensive expertise to her role. She is currently enrolled in APC’s Certified Educator Candidate program to become a Chaplain educator. As a certified facilitator for using Poetry as a tool for wellness, a Government of India certified Yoga Wellness Instructor, and a 20-year Sanatana Dharma educator, she leads wellness sessions, teen groups, and support groups—offering compassionate care for patients, families, and healthcare staff across various settings.
